使用完全在线的高校可以随时开放课程
colleges,universitiesusing“flexible”learningcanopenanytimeinAugust2020;
采用“灵活”学习方式的高校可以在2020年8月的任何时间开课
colleges,universitiesusingresidentialorface-to-facemodecanopennotearlierthanSeptember1,2020inareasundergeneralcommunityquarantine;
在一般社区隔离的地区，采用集中或面授模式的高校可以不早于2020年9月1日开学
noresidentialortraditionalface-to-faceclassesuntilAugust31,2020.
2020年8月31日前所有传统的面对面教学都不开课
OnMonday,May11,CHEDChairpersonProsperodeVeraIIIsaidthatallcollegesanduniversitiesinthecountryshouldopenclassesinAugustduringthecoronaviruspandemic.

"ManyprivateuniversitieswhoarestillusingtheoldcalendarwillnowmovealsotoAugust.Sothat'sthemajorchange.WeproposedarollingopeningsothatthosewhocandoflexiblelearningcanopeninAugustandthosewhohavedifficultyandwillstilluseresidentialorface-to-faceclassescanopeninSeptemberorlater,"DeVerasaid.
